Crackdown is your code. You get the download straight from the Crackdown DLC menu.

The beta is accessed through the disc itself, there's no code. Codes are only used for the F/F invites and the people who got in through the contest (rule of 3 or whatever it was) since there's no disc involved there.

Just ran into a group of them in the beta, screaming, freaking out, generally being obnoxious. Can confirm that the mute option is super easy, even in game.

There is no hacking involved. All it is is people who got a code for the beta are sharing their XBL account so they can then download the beta.

For those of you who are "hacking" to get in... I hope you have a blast playing the beta for 5 minutes. Don't start crying when you get banned from it.
