I thought this would be the case. I found it odd why they called it File Storage/share instead of just Video storage/share.

I do have a hard time imagining what other kinds of files that you would store there that are produced by the game. Anyone got any ideas? Photo mode?
 
I'm loving the saved films features and the file sharing. I'm glad the final game will allow us to pick out clips from matches. Bungie, just allow us to combine clips from different matches into one video and it will be perfect. :)

For the people that have been playing the Beta already....Could you folks read through the info and post if there are extras (if any) that have been added into the public Beta that might not have been in the F&F version? By extras I mean more fleshed out version of multiplayer (ie. the number of players on Valhalla etc.). Thanks :)

I'm in ****ing uni tomorrow afternoon and work in the evening. I've never played Halo multiplayer but I'm totally excited for some reason. Hope I just find the time to play it tomorrow.

I'm sure cheaters won't put video's of them cheating in their shared videos lol.(you choose which videos people can watch)

The philosophy of equipment is simple – add variety to the combat in Halo 3 without displacing balance. The simple fact is that Equipment items, once deployed can be used by both attackers and defenders. Someone on your team might accidentally activate your Trip Mine, and a Bubble Shield is a double edged sword – sure they can’t shoot in, but you can’t shoot out either.

Those two suicides? Power Drainer deployments gone awry. Nothing like dropping one and having your escape route cut off by Spartan Laser targeting lights dancing on the wall in front of you. :lol

In the retail version you can show a recorded video from any player's POV. So if you do encounter a cheater, the video you record will in fact help with issues of reporting. Let's hope Bungie includes a fast and easy way to do so.

Sounds like we'll see the wreakage of New Mombasa after the in-atmosphere slipspace jump.

Hostile conditions did not prevent the Covenant from seeking salvage on this buried Forerunner construct. Snowy wastes are a dangerous place to be caught in the open, but the chilly underground vaults, grafted to a buried Forerunner structure, are no safer.

There's been some debate as to whether Snowbound was set on Earth, or a Halo ring with the ring skybox removed. That makes it sound like it could be on earth, or another planet.

The crew of V-398 barely survived their unplanned landing in this curious gorge. The wreckage of their downed Pelican rests on the field, its remains an unpicked carcass. Tall timbers are dwarfed by titanic granite cliffs and a mountain river spills into a frigid alpine lake.

No real clue on that one - downed Pelican somewhere, could be a ring, earth, anywhere.
