must be a problem on your end. try playing crackdown while changing your 360 from vertical to horizontal. repeat 2-3x.

I will say that, on a system that's DRM'd to hell and gone like the 360, which is already set-up to associate downloads with the serial number of a specific console, that I'm surprised Bungie and MS couldn't come up with a more elegant scheme to let Crackdown owners register to download the beta directly from the marketplace and ensure it's going to the system Crackdown was played on.

I have to figure this is really because while the beta scheme with Crackdown was a /brilliant/ marketing ploy, nobody really cared too much about the end user/beta testers beyond getting them to buy copies of Crackdown (mission accomplished).

Having said that...

All the people freaking out because they only bought Crackdown to get the Halo 3 beta are, well :lol I'm sorry guys, it's just such a stereotype. Your money got you a game as good as Crackdown. You /should/ be happy you got Crackdown, instead of whining about a free, temporary beta that's going to suicide in a mere three weeks. No matter how much the roll-out of said beta has been clownishly bungled.
