I was playing earlier on in a party, but we had five people and I was moved onto the opponents team on High Ground. I made a mistake early on, and ended up getting swore at and meleed by my own team, in the end I just lost it and said, "Guys, it's just a ****ing game, get a life, I apologised."
That didn't stop it, so I went and stood on top of the gate and relayed my teams movements and activities to my friends on the opposing team, who then swept the board, leaving me untouched.

Most Sh*t talking issues can be resolved with a Quick Rematch button.
a button after the match that will send you into a custom game with the other team, if they accept it.
Then you can battle to the death. And for bragging rights.

I think you should lose more than 2RP for quitting. Can I hear -10RP for quitting anyone ???

Yeah, totally one sided teams. The game does that a lot I noticed. And I wasn't part of a party either! I ain't complaining though cause I'll take a Perfection medal any way I can get it!

And no, there shouldn't be -10 RP taken away for quitting. What if you have idiots on your team? What if half your team quits and you're getting spawn camped? What if you disconnect? I don't want the game to be a chore to play through. I've already gone through half a dozen games in the past week where I'm getting spawn camped or have idiot teammates. It's not fun and that's what the game is supposed to be.

I've been amazed at how much respect players pay me when I don't quit in those circumstances. I had a game the other day where three idiots were spending their time glitching out of the map, and two people had dropped. In short, I was the only team member actually trying to stop the red team. It was brutal and ugly, and made my K/D even worse, but it was a blast. You'd be amazed how much damage a single person can do when the other team things they have it in the bag. They clump up and start running together and leave big openings to sneak through. I still lost, but afterwards they all hung around to tell me it was cool I didn't bail.
I played a terrible game of BTB Slayer yesterday and finished with only two kills. I thought it best to buddy up and hang back so I wasn't adding to the other teams kills. Despite us eventually winning I was told post game that I'd be getting bad feedback for my low score :lol There really is no other community like Halo's.
Too bad Max backed down, I would have liked to hear that he and his team got thrashed. I remember when counter strike was released for xbox and with it came the keyboard and mouse adapter. The PC heads were trolling very hard that day; the hairiest, and the recognized best of the bunch made a challenge against any controller user. I wouldn't be telling the story if the controller guy lost, but the aftermath on the boards was awesome.

How many times is your team down 10 kills early and bastards start quitting out, when there is still 10 minutes left to play.
Something has to be done so people dont just quit all of the time if they THINK they aren't going to win.
If the -10 RP is too harsh, and you are getting spawn raped. Well, that sucks but if it happens once a DAY or so, its worth it to keep people in 99% of your other games

The only time I quit is when over like half of my team run off because we are only a few kills down, it royaly sucks, f-ing quitters.
