That site will query bungie.net and gather your stats data. It usually does Halo 2, but they switched it to Halo 3 for the lenght of the Beta. It will snag your total stats in a few minutes, and then the weapon kills and medals by checking 50 games per hour until it's gathered up all of them.

On Monday, it switches back to Halo 2.

Just register. The gamertag is caps sensitive, BTW. Check the "my stats" tab in half an hour or so and stuff will be trickling in

Just played with my friend, he was on his last game of the beta, and I was so overcome in emotion when we won his last game, good times. Are there any GAF games going on tomorrow? I want to finish on a bang.
 
I was gonna pass on signing up on that site, because I hate signing up for stuff, but now that I'm getting in my last two dates of Halo 3 goodness, I gotta see my stats... (despite being extremely the past two weeks... :( )
 
Has anyone ever been killed by The Guardians on Snowbound in the underground bunker? That just happened to me, I was walking along near the Shotgun, the BAM!, I'm dead.
 
Wait a minute - the Beta will be over in a matter of hours?

Damn it, thanks to the timezones, I thought we had a day left... :(
 
After playing the beta I have to say my hype for Halo 3 has died down somewhat. My expectations are much much lower both on the graphics side and the gameplay side.

Hope Bungie can wow me this September. Campaign needs to be nothing short of amazing after the joke that was Halo 2.

Oh c'mon, you know that you'll have trouble playing anything else for the following three or so months after the beta ends.

Can you really go that long without tossing a spike grenade at someone? God knows I can't...

OXM UK on Shrine:

To say it's huge is an understatement. It's basically a humongous open desert with with a few ruins poking out of the sand dunes. Vehicles will be in plentiful supply, but you'll need to communicate well with your team to hit a ride towards the action. The visuals shown off on this level have set the benchmark for what we now expect from the single-player Campaign mode. It was nothing short of stunning.

I don't know why, but that pwned site is taking forever to catalog all my games; it's been over 24 hours and it's only about 80% done. I've been checking it and it is working, must much much slower than it is for you guys apparently. Right now melee is my #1 kill weapon, and combined w/my #2 assualt rifle, they make for more than half of all my total kills :lol

I don't suppose we'll be getting any official media of these new maps that have been shown to the press a few weeks from now? No place around here ever gets new mags on time :(

Bungie will probably put them out to the media and some on their site when those mags are off newstands. That seems to be the ususal pattern.
 
Were the Banshee ever meant to be in the demo? I know people unlocked a bunch of stuff but were the Banshee one of them or was it in all along?

The banshee has been in the beta (officially) since the Big Team battle playlists were added. I think it was around a week after the beta came out.

I'm pretty proud of my K/D ratio. I know most on here are above 1.0, but I'm just really happy how much I improved over the course of the beta. I started off around .65 and I know I would have gotten it up to 1.0 if it was going for a few more weeks.......

I'd just like to thank all the Bungie guys that post on here for giving us the opportunity to be a part of making the game. What was once just another highly anticipated game coming out, Halo 3 is now my most wanted game ever. The improvements in the MP beyond Halo 2 have restored my faith in them. Thanks for giving us a spawn weapon that actually gives us a chance out there. Y'all dig in and grind this thing out. We all very much appreciate your hard work. :)
