Great monologue tonight again.
References Trump finally mentioning him by name.
Yep, and I have to say this takedown was even better than the cockholster one.

Personally, I don't know if I buy that. I've been to the show. As hyped as you are, you still respond honestly. People will cheer, laugh or recoil as appropriate. You still process what he's saying! So I'd sooner guess that a segment of the crowd still recall Comey for the election scandal instead of the more recent Trump investigation, which is unfortunate.
Looks like they're still missing some content that's only available through CBS All Access. Oh well
What's this in reference to?Thank you Colbert.
When that asshole said "No protesters" or "bad plaques" anywhere during Trumps visit to Saudi Arabia, my loud thinking was immediately: "Yeah, I wonder the fuck why!"
Hello Sanjuro.So far so good.
The interview he did on the Russian talk show was pretty interesting. The host is actually damn witty at times...
Wow John McEnroe is a shit bag.
Woody Harrelson was high as fuck on last night's show lol
Scarborough's band isn't terrible..but he is so so so so stiff and lacks any kind of attitude It's kind of dull to watch him. The rest of the band are great musicians, though.
I thought it was kind of embarrassing. It was a cute garage sound, but coming out of a guy in a suit it was just cringey.
Not that Im surprised but didnt he claim to have quit recently?
Colbert was having a lot of fun with the Mooch story. "Front stab! It's the Mooch!"
Reminds me of thisI love his Mooch.
Came here to say the same. The guy is ripe for parody and Colbert is making the most of it so farI love his Mooch.

lol, I didn't think of this but it fits really well.
Is there any gif of Colbert doing the Mooch smile, particularly this one (1:10) which looks like he's also doing a Joker impression?
It may be me, but I don't find his Mooch material that funny.
I feel like it's low hanging fruit comedy. Usually Colbert's comedy is smarter. Doing Italian mobster impressions feels like the easy road.
But to be fair, most White House press secretaries aren't an embodiment of Italian mobster caricatures.
It's an intersection of mobster stereotypes and White House politics. I think it's great. Plus the material isn't hinging on the impersonation; it's just supplementing the actual written material.I feel like it's low hanging fruit comedy. Usually Colbert's comedy is smarter. Agreed. I like some of his bits but it's just not as sharp. The late night talk show format hurts it.I see the first part of the show (before the interviews) as a watered down Colbert Report

Can't wait hear what he has to say about the mooch after yesterday's outburst

Unfortunately I think they tape Friday show on Thursdays.![]()
I can see where you're coming from, but I feel that -FRONT STAB! Bippity-boppity STAB!
As bad as his Trump is he was born to parody Mooch, holy shit.
