Yep. I think the iPhone SE will be the only premium 4" phone, maybe other than the Sony Xperia Compact, all of the others are budget phones.

Yeah just the other day I was holding an iPhone 4 and thinking just how nice the screen size is. I just dislike phones with huge screens. 4 inch screen for a phone is just the perfect size IMO. Glad they're doing this but oh well, pretty sure is going to be as expensive as the 6S...

I'm a little person with small hands. I think the 5 was the perfect size. I'm glad they are coming out with the SE because I didn't want to update to the 6 due to the size.
