Yeah the mods here are very fair, too fair imo when it comes to known console warrior shitposters. People dont realize that most of the people that get permed on here have been warned or banned numerous times over the months/years.
It gets to the point where mods are left with little option to perm some people. They certainly give users plenty of chances though.
Ree can permaban you for literally anything.

I posted in that thread multiple times, and I think it's clear that I didn't agree with that OP or some other takes. But you're not going to see me shit on people for their takes and opinions. That's not how that works.

THAT is why I'm still here and I love GAF.

We're here to talk and discuss video games. It's not uncommon to be conversing with folks that share different personalities and opinions. But I think that's one of the best things about it. When you can see people of opposite opinions having a cordial conversation about something they're both/all passionate about.

I participate on both forums. I definitely post here more though. Feels like I'm always walking on thin ice at ResetEra.

I would say that this forum attracts more right-leaning mentalities. This is not exclusive, however. I would also say that this forum attracts those who wish to discuss the perspective of others in general. In my opinion, the ban hammer comes swift for those who continuously fail to treat those around them with respect, especially when an opinion differs from their own... You know, as if we're all human beings.
