Some users don't have an opinion of their own on a given thread subject so they resort to infighting. If you can't defend your position with facts or logic, simply call people "incels" or "snowflakes". Attack their manhood and insinuate that they are too emotional to have a discussion. This puts them on the defensive, which you can use to assert your dominance even further. Now you control the discussion.

Of course in reality your are the one diverting the thread off topic, but you have so many media narratives on your side, talking points pushing your bs, that you get away with it. Others join in, either in agreement or out of fear for being next. Many end up being next despite the calculated signaling.

Really the best thing is to just ignore these posts as noise. Do not engage. Find another poster with something more thoughtful and respond to that line of thought.

The role of speech policing is not one I am into. I am here to state an opinion, maybe discuss what others have said, and be done. I don't understand the need to call people names. It is just a waste of everyone's time.

I call them "snowflake fights". I take this from the "white fragility" gaslighting technique.

1. Call someone fragile or a snowflake.
2. They naturally get upset.
3. Use this as proof that you are right and their opinion is not valid because they are being emotional. Point that out to them.
4. Goto 1

Try to stay out of snowflake fights. Usually they flame out and the enraged nuclear center burns off like a dying clown star.

This place isn't perfect but it's orders of magnitude better than REEEE. I got banned from that fascist cunt forum for asking this question, "How is that racist?" Reason for the ban? Circumventing a ban with an alt.

This place was just as cunty before the split. It's much better now.
 
I never got using virgin as an insult tbfh.

Theres a lot of reasons someone could be a virgin, and I don't really think it's something to be ashamed of either. The importance people put on being a virgin or not in society for both men and women is kind of gross.

Also, for people who cry about sexual objectification and sexism, liberals sure do like calling people virgins.

I can attest...my first thread on here was put downs of all 3 console manufacturers. Would have been locked within 15 mins on Reshitera...thread remains open and no one was triggered or faux victimised which would have also happened in the first 5 mins on shitera

Funny enough I've had a couple users post about why I'm not banned yet. Its bizarre. If you don't agree with my point of view then move on. This is what a forum is for. To discuss things and everyone has their views on things. Can't ask mods to bad someone because you don't like what someone else said about X vs Y.

I've received my fair share of warnings in the past and I just take it and move on. OP should have just PM'ed the mods if he had an issue with anything.

Judging by the timing of his joining and a few of his posts calling people incels I think it's safe to say we were dealing with a REEEturner. We should thank him for making GAF better by leaving.
