I'm a fool. It's actually the first 5 minutes of the entire series. Bullock stares down a mob, kills a man, ensures justice and makes sure the departed's last words are delivered. One hand on his shotgun, the other around the noose.
I forgot about that scene because I never saw the first episodes till much later in the series.
But Breaking Bad is all about dipshit comic book badassery. I mean it sure ain't an accurate depiction of the drug trade.
Best example I can think of.

Such a shitty season, yet they almost redeemed it with this.

I guess the show has changed in the recent seasons? I've only seen the first two, and it seemed to follow along pretty closely to the "these are bumblers in a world they don't belong" angle outside of a moment here and there, like that explodey rocks episode.

I always forget about the first two episodes. They were great.
Still, the 300 episode might be more badass. And the episode with the most badass scene is "The Princess and The Bounty Hunters":
That build up throughout that entire episode makes that final scene even more amazing.

I would argue the opening scene of the pilot, the season 3 premiere takedown of Icepick Nix, and the Gutterson'd episode are probably the 3 best.

S4 is such a wildly underrated season of LOST. Was it short? Ya; however, I feel the shortness of it led to tighter writing and an overall better season narrative.
