Dont think its fake. Its an internship and not a real jobb, also why not skype instead of for say a phone-interview.

Also, why would he be laughing and why would he not cut the interview off? Time is money, why would he be wasting his time when the person he's interviewing is unqualified? I know when I've been turned down in an interview they cut it pretty short. Never have I heard of them giving a full long interview like that.
Specially when the guys reply is "I just sit around play vidya games and watch TV".

omg, I just remembered something that was posted a while ago. It was horribly cheap "funny" videos posted by a guy named Steve, excepted that they were completely unfunny and awkward, the guy was creepy as hell and he paid actresses who were struggling to look natural to star with him. Anyone remember this ?
