Some wonderful tracks in this thread. I'm particularly enamoured by the Flower soundtrack - as I don't own a PS3 I haven't been able to experience it before, even though I've always wanted to.

It has this very pretty sound to it, with an eerie and foreboding backbone. Around 1:15 when the strings start to do this swelling thing is what really makes me love the song. I didn't care for much of the rest of the soundtrack that I heard though, unfortunately. I was hoping there was some more like this.
