I don't think Leon aims exactly where you point with the wiimote, so instead of tilting the wiimote around trying to get the red dot on the enemy you have a crosshair to tell you exactly where your aiming. I think that make sense...right?

yeah the laser is a direct LOS off of the gun. I imagine that if they tracked the laser leons model would go nuts tracking onto the pointer cross hairs all the time. The model trails behind the site, but you r bullets will never miss. its a more elegant solution than Red Steels noodle wrists.

So it's just like Godfather Wii. Still, I wish they have left cursor being a red dot (not connected to Leon's model) as an option, or at least an unlockable.

all i can say~~~Wii version Resident Evil 4 is really awesome!really fun!
easy the best version of Resident Evil 4

Although wii version is still 16-bit colour,still not as sharp as many nintendo game 480p

about Graphic!?
it have widescreen not the fake one,look better than GC version in 16:9 TV~
GC version some level have a some Lag/delay~~eg:Chapter 1-2 ,but not found
in Wii verion
the game is very smooth..and i think Enemy is more at same time
also i note lighting flash at the character and is better than the GC version.
everything is same as GC version or some even better

how about Controls:

you can shoot four Enemy which part you want in a 2second,you can't do that in old Controller

In the movie on the Capcom site where it shows the kicking, the crosshair is transparent white.
