The REAL Wii VC sales thread

I would honest to god add games to the list, but my wii is completely pissing me off. I try three attempts at connecting to the shop channel, I even left it on, went to the movies, came back, and still go the 'shop channel connecting' screen. My forecast channel works, my connection test works, what the ****!

If you consider the prices you should take into consideration that here (Europe) 800 points is 8 euro (which is easily >>8$).

I'm having connection issues, too... I don't know what's going on.

EDIT: Just purchased and downloaded R-Type, so add another sale for that game to the list.

I too am currently having issues. Is resetting the Wii the only way out? Man, they really need to have a cancel option. I just went to the Wikipedia to find out what games are available. I was wondering if Castelvania was really worth it...I think I gave this a rent back in the day.

At the moment the VC is still just a novelty. SOmething to use my classic controller (which I love) on.

Indeed, I believe resetting the Wii is the only way to get rid of that "Connecting. Please wait..." screen.

Also, if you're wondering if Super Castlevania IV is worth your money, wonder no more. The game kicks ass and is definitely worth it.
 
PAL UK: Sim City and Super Castlevania IV.

Never played SCIV before, but am loving it! Sim City is a classic and is bringing back such good memories...
 
Super Castlevania IV is easily right near the top of the list among the best in the series. If you've never played it, and you enjoy Castlevania, it's absolutely something you should play.

If I can ever get it to connect again, I"ll buy more.

i had that same problem, resetting my modem/router fixed it.
 
Just bought Military Madness and played a bit. Cool little game, a lot like Advance Wars. I seem to be only getting PC Engine games and I have never even seen the system in person :)
