I think that some "skewed" reviews scores are natural, after all we are not all equal, but if the Metacritic average is clearly wrong(=it's different from what the majority of gamers think) then it means that most of the reviews' scores are incorrect.
Theres no such thing as metacritic average being wrong.
even in this dumb scenario you've concocted, if 10 people review a game and give it a 4/10 and then 20 other people play it and say it's 10/10, the 10 people weren't wrong. The 10 people who got paid for their opinion got "counted" by metacritic, but they weren't wrong. That's asinine
