I like eating chicken hearts whenever I'm in a Japanese or Brazilian restaurant. I think it's perfectly normal but a lot of people give me the "EEEWWWW" face when I order it.

I was shocked to find out people thought combining mayo with ketchup for your fries is disgusting. I find it magical.

It is magical if you put onions in the mix.

Also really nice: Camembert cheese + strawberry jam + toast. It's pure bliss.

Chicken liver with bacon, mushrooms and unions seems to give the same reaction. Doesn't stop me from eating it though .
