The theme features all-new artwork by Josh Barnett, who created the look and feel of Transistor's sleek menus and visual effects. It also features sound and music by Darren Korb, notably a new mix of Tangent from the Transistor Original Soundtrack, with vocals by Ashley Barrett.

The music and visuals are really great without getting in the way of font and readability. Great stuff.

Just saw this pop up on Twitter. Absolutely one of the better themes on PS4. I really appreciate that is isn't obviously branded too. It looks good on its own merits without just lazily slapping some marketing artwork and a giant logo in the background.

I'm actually looking for a nice looking minimalist theme. Some of them on the store i swear are made and apporved by monkeys. This one from Transistor looks great, i think i will buy it.

The ones that i hate the most are those with the logo, why put a logo on a theme ? makes it look too busy and overall ugly.

My favourite from the PS3 was the Heavy Rain one, i wish Sony would make something like that on PS4.

There needs to be a thread for PS4 themes.

I like that the title of the game/company isn't plastered all over it. I got the Order 1886 theme last night and it's terrible.

Wow, that's great. Definitely wouldn't mind Ashley Barrett humming to me every time I'm on my PS4. I hope more games put out dynamic themes like this; definitely picking this up soon.

Really? I wish it was a bit more subtle but I love The Order theme. The music alone made it worth it for me

Yeah I agree, I also dislike the fact most themes are just an image of the game with the title plastered in big font. I already know what the game is, I fucking bought the theme for it.

You should not feel bad for paying for the service that allows you to play it. They do receive compensation from Sony for offering it as a Plus game. It's a contract they willingly enter. They aren't really giving it away for free.

my second favorite(PS Ann) is Far Cry 4 theme though it isnt dynamic but the tiger is awesome
