i looked on amazon and i can stream it to my xbox, sweet i can watch it on my big screen tv next season :D :D

You have to download it to your PC first and then share it to your 360. It doesn't stream directly.

Didn't know if you realized or if that's what you wanted.

Just caught up with the show. Stellar production values for a TV show aside, the show brings nothing new to the table so far. I agree with the guy that most of the scenarios we've seen so far have been done before so it feels clichéd.

It is still entertaining and hopefully they can start building some more unique scenarios involving the zombies. I'll reserve judgement on the character drama untill the end of this season. Not particularly invested in anyone so far, but lets hope that changes.

Its source material is a comic that started in 2003. Unless the TV series really splits off from the comic, we already have a rough idea of what the story is going to be like.

yeah i use the media center extender, but i think i might buy a Boxee box so i don't have to stream anymore =D

I get why most people aren't really invested in most of the cast yet, but I don't see how you could watch the pilot and not be invested in Rick. One character certainly can't carry this kind of show, but I feel like he should be enough to keep those on the fence around for the rest of the season.

Personally, I'm enjoying Glenn a lot. And I was enjoying Morgan. :/

I just wish Rick's horse lived longer. Imagine what his reunion with his family would have been like if he showed up on his mighty stead. Would have been some manly shit right there.

Would've been even better if he showed up on his zombie horse.

Yeah, riding shotgun in a delivery truck doesn't scream "valiant".

I think we're overdue for a death. They need to thin the herd a bit.
Yea, with the group split, bodies are going to HAVE to drop. Somebody's not coming back from that Atlanta trip and the camp will be attacked. Just has to happen.

Nah she's fine with two wieners she's eating right now.
oooh snap

I finally watched the third episode. Less entertaining so to speak than E02, but considerably less hammy. Still, the whole abusive husband thing was baaadly done.

Not that supporting characters have a long life expectancy in the comic.

She needs to eat something to reduce her Morgan Webb chin and face. I hated her on Prison Break and I don't see her changing my mind with this show. Besides her, this show is pretty damn great.

Still annoyed that the horse had to bite it. That jerk Rick lied to him what with all his promises of "other horses too" and shit. Bastard.

I'm still a little stunned that this is the guy from Love Actually. :lol

So she's a whore for thinking her husband is dead and then forming a new relationship?

Man, so many people are whores.
A LOT of people are whores, men and women. It's just no one cares when you attach the label to a guy, especially not valiant internet posters.

Anyway they copped out and removed all culpability from her, pretty disappointing. Don't really see the point of establishing the relationship troubles or the metaphors if they weren't having an affair prior to the outbreak.

He was Egg in This Life. Simon in Teachers. Watch them.

Not available in Region 1 for some reason (why is it that all the good UK TV isn't available in R1? *pines for The Thick of It*). I shall have to track them down somehow.

How long was the main character in a coma for. Has it been clearly stated.

No, but it couldn't have been very long if he survived without attention from anyone else. If nothing else, he'd have died of dehydration because nobody would be there to replenish his fluids.

I would LOVE to see that avatar.

A loose consensus is putting it at a month or two. The working theory I have is that he was simply forgotten about in the room until after the evac and that someone might have been looking after him and then died themselves. The first corpse he sees is my guess as she looks fairly recent and chowed down upon.

As for Lori: I'll save the trouble of quoting brick of text.

Anyone notice the cameraman who got caught in frame in ep 3 right after
rick is hugging his wife for the first time since the outbreak
? Oops! :D

edit - meant ep 3.

Seems like there is a cameraman's shadow in one of the zombie scenes (i want to say it was the walking like a zombie one)

There's a weird shadow that goes over one of their faces.
