Well the point is if you liked, you can actually support now, and with nice packaging. Some people still like to own physical copies of their albums. The horrible "Wicked Games" re-master has me worried though.

Rolling Stone sounds fine though. I wonder if it's just a problem with tracks that have samples?
 
10 bucks is a steal for what you're getting. even if his latter 2 mixtapes don't match his first, there are plenty of gems (dirty diana cover in particular)

3 excellent albums. The first is definitely the best. Hopefully his new found success doesn't fuck up his music.
 
Everyone always love the first the most. I'm more partial to Echoes myself. I don't care for the "House of Ballons" to "The Party" stretch and I prefer the drugged out, droned out Abel that we see on Thursday and Echoes. Wicked Games is my favorite track on HoB which is what makes this new version even sadder for me =/

same, glad to see someone is with me. I loooove Echoes.
 
So when will there be a new album/mixtape? I'm glad we are getting at least 3 new songs.

House of Balloons and Thursday are both amazing, Echoes has a couple of really amazing songs like Montreal, XO, and a couple of others but it has a couple of not as good ones IMO like Next, The Fall, Same Old Song. The quality definitely dipped a little bit from the previous mixtapes, although overall it was still good.

Hope he can still deliver the goods.

But, I will be picking this up too. Isn't there some new material on here though? I swore I saw Abel talking about three new songs on his twitter or something.

Yeah, I totally get why people don't like it, but I think it great. We dig that droned out sound though haha. Moan-core isn't for everbody though haha.

Even with lame Wicked Games remaster, I'll pick this up. I love the cover and it's a lot cheaper than what I was expecting.
 
$9.98 is a steal for three of my most played albums in the least two years. Not a week goes by where I don't have some weeknd track on repeat, faded. Lame Wicked Games remix or not.
 
Who the fuck doesn't like Thursday? The Birds 1 and 2 is amazing and The Zone is awesome. Heaven or Las Vegas is awesome.


And Rolling Stone is one of my least favorite Weeknd songs. It's weird. I hate the lyrics, and the melody isn't that pleasing to me. It's ok, but everyone loves it.
 
At first I preferred one album over the others but now I love all three albums equally. Three amazing albums for ten bucks?

Will all the tracks be 'remastered' like Wicked Games? :S
I hope not.. This was gonna be my first purchased physical album in over ten years..
I might just shell out the cash just to support homeboy..
 
Wicked Games sounds really bad..

But I will buy this nonetheless. All three mixtapes are great - I would even say that House Of Ballons is a classic - and I want to support Abel for giving us all of them for free.

10 bucks + 3 new tracks, there is nothing wrong about this.

So essentially it's $10 for 3 tracks? Because his other mixtapes were all free. Seems a bit much no? Not that it still wouldn't be amazing value for money, provided you couldn't already get the other mixtapes for free....

I would insta-buy just to support cuz I listen to these all the time. But wtf at the Wicked Games remix. Is the original going to be on this? I'm gonna hold off and see what gets released.

Drugs are bad kids.
 
Meh, honestly not worth the money if the masters are basically remixes. I'm all for supporting the guy, but I want to buy albums that I'll actually spin.
 
Fuuuuck. I swear if there's a limited edition or anything along those lines, I'm going to flip my shit. (and buy two copies on top of my pre-order)
