Just saw this. They wanted to announce it during the RED Stream tomorrow, but found something unexpected with Red Launcher so did the announcement today. Not sure if they will still reveal stuff tomorrow?

Regardless, hyped! Day 1!

I AM READY.

Probably going to start a Very Hard playthrough of the entire game before the DLC, that way I can hopefully be done with the game before the DLC drops and transition into it.

Okay, so, how woke will they make that expansion? Will it become another woke slop? 11 years is a long time, a lot of things have changed since. It's likely they may even retcon some non-woke elements of TW3 to more woke ones.

Very surprising to have a new dlc 10 years after but I'm there day one. I hope they have improved their engine a bit, though.
Edit : 2027 ?? sounds like TW4 won't be out until 2028 then.

every single thread. Every single game... Like come on.... nothing about CDPR Games is woke. Why do you need to drag this stupid discussion in every subject. I´m so tired of this culture worrior bullshit. This place is becoming even worse than Era. Just enjoy the hobby

A bug prevented me from completing one of the expansions, so I uninstalled the game. It was a quest that led me to a hatch in the ground, but I couldn't open the hatch. It was basically soft-locked. I couldn't progress, and all my previous saves had the same bug in them. I'll give this expansion a chance, but if that damn bug still isn't fixed after all this time, it's going to be a pebble in my shoe.

Will it become another woke slop?
Can we just cross this bridge when we get close to release and have seen it? I see no sense in outraging about stuff which never happened yet (and will most probably not happen...because it would be a complete suicide move)

Fucking great news! I really hope the quality is there like it were for the other two expansions.

Cool that you play as Geralt again also, I thought it would be Ciri this time.

Holy fuck, I thought those were just rumors, didn't expect this. I can't wait for this, Witcher 3 is an absolute favourite of all time for me, still play it, I even have a new playthrough started a year ago.

Can't believe we're gonna be playing another story with Geralt again after 12 years.
