Seen the regular Japanese commercial and thought it was garbage. This one is amazing.

Yea, that's pretty cool. Sort of historical oil paintings.
Those shots felt like something an artist living in Valisthea would be commissioned to depict, maybe with some romanticized embellishments.

That's rather tasteful marketing.

Yea, it sort of does, especially with that stuttering.

Some animation & VFX studios make use of generative AI in their production pipelines, so I wouldn't be surprised if it actually were to some extent.
Maybe even using 3D assets provided by Creative Business Unit III and running the animations through a stylzier like Kaiber.AI
