There are a lot of Chinese bootleg Pokemon games. Yuriofwind has covered a lot of them on his channel. One time growing up my friend had a bootleg GBC cart with a ton of games on it that he bought from China, and two were clearly just reskins of bootleg Sonic and Flintstones games (respectively) except with Pokemon.
