So is the concept of puberty.
You are not a pedo for finding a 16 year old female attractive, unless she has some disorder that causes her to have not entered puberty.

The reason something like this stays open is because there are really no NSFW stuff going on in here at all. Should you be looking at pics of underage (or close to of age) girls while at work anyways? Most likely not. That and the other "hot women" threads just get bombarded with an endless stream of stuff that increasingly pushes the envelope for what is deemed NSFW. And they also simply become ass threads after a while.
