I don't really have much to comment on since it's a bunch of low scores to a bunch of games no one cares about...but I like your avatar :P

With the DS Lite launch, it was not a good week to release good games anyway ;-)

Wrong week. These are the games coming out a week and a half from now.

There are no games next week because it's 7 days before FFXII and everyone in Japan is just saving their money for the $90 FFXII the next week.

Isn't Tengai Makyou 2 considered like one of the best of it's genre by J-rpg enthusiasts?(it seemed to have even a legendary status among pc-engine fans years ago)
Why such a low score? gameplay aged badly? subpar port?

It's been ported over and over and over. The DS one can't be as good as the original because I'm guessing it doesn't have all the anime FMVs, and after the touched up 2d battle graphics of the GC/PS2 versions (though the 3d map stuff sucked badly) it probably feels like a huge step back visually.

Kick my ass on that one Famitsu. Over 7000 levels from all three I.Q games combined into one equals awesomeness solidified.

Woah there's more than one I.Q. game?! I loved this game on the original PSX. Something is terribly wrong here, why the low score?

Not really, this is Famitsu. These are the guys who gave Nintendogs 40/40, and Mega Man Maverick Hunter X 27/40.

No moneyhats equals < 32.

Yeah, there's two I.Q. games for the PSX, and I.Q. Final was released for the PS2. I always found I.Q. FInal a bit difficult to play; the backgrounds effects that were added in were incredibly distracting. Hope the PSP version doesn't have them...

Playing Lemmings without a mouse seems like it would be really tough. Maybe that's the reason...
