Be prepared for disappointment. I bought the first DVD box set in a sale and thought it was terrible, and this is as someone who used to love Thundercats and has enjoyed a number of revisited 80s cartoons.

I watched it, and it still holds up IMO. Solid art direction. Interesting premise. Not overly preachy / loaded with bullshit "Brush your teef" messages.

Also it's fun to go back and review all of the controversy surrounding the series when it aired.

Watched part of an episode a few years back. Snarf is fuckin annoying as hell and turned it off shortly into it.

Liked it as a kid though.
