Caesar III (with the Augustus mod) is one of the best city building games ever made. And Pharaoh is at least in my top 5 city builders. So I might look into this.

Edit: Loved Caesar 3 and Pharaoh back in the day and sometimes still play them on GoG. Put the game on the wishlist.
