Haven't watched this shit in months, heck almost a year even.
Wish WWE was better than it is as I can't even get excited for that anymore due to all the crap that goes on, no matter who they have as talent these days.

It's funny because at this time WWE would be handing out more part time contracts and allowing Kurt not to wrestle every night. In 2006 they didn't grant that and so he left.

I feel like even he doesn't matter now, even if he is the main event. Everyone's seen the AJ push story a dozen times now and don't believe they'll ever stick with him.
I just think if any of these guys jumped to WWE, no one would care or know who they are.
They were very close to with Samoa Joe but Vince Russo killed it.
I think it can be argued that Roode is currently being "made," and Storm could honestly be pretty big if they gave him the right push. But they haven't. And they won't. Because TNA creative is just plain bad most of the time.

Yeah, they've been close with AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, James Storm and recently Austin Aries but have dropped the ball majorly in every case.
Any one of those guys had a chance to become a big star for the company but they can't follow through when they have a star with momentum behind them.

Might've played a part, but obviously he just spoke mostly about how he was being over-worked and he wanted to do more acting as well.

Jeff Hardy also killed the Austin Aries push when he had to take the title at Bound For Glory in 2012....it was given to him as part of his contract negotiation.
Bischoff is still there, and Hogan just re-signed because WWE was going to pay him less than pay Lesnar and Rock for one match. He went back to TNA for more money.
