Am I the only one that envisions the slice going vertically down the shaft instead of horizontally? Kind of like putting a split down the middle of a hot dog. That is the image I got when I read that part of the article.

That is depressing. I was hoping that the parents portrayed in Magnolia were an exaggeration. Double Dare is serious business.

Yeah definitely.

The problem was that a good number didn't put their face underneath the nose to see where the flag was. Many just put there hands in without looking. There was so much gak in the nostrils that once the contestants put their hands in the nose, the gak would cover up the flag and thus make the flag feel exactly the same as the gak that was inside.
