4. Their 3DS holiday schedule this year was already solid with Smash and Pokemon.

Since when did I say Majora's Mask 3D would launch this year? 2015 is the 15 year anniversary of Majora's Mask on the N64, so it would be logical to launch in the second half of next year. And that would be two years after Link Between Worlds. So....

I really want a Wii U remake. However it will probably be 3DS because I can imagine it would be a lot more work to actually remake everything in HD, while for 3DS they can re-use assets easier with updated textures. I don't have technical knowledge about this at all, but my money is on 3DS. Well, New3DS more likely.

I bet it will either be N3DS exclusive or compatible with both the old 3DS and N3DS but with the N3DS utilizing the extra ram and buttons.

I personally hope it's exclusive though. I am getting a PAL N3DS next month and I want games that use it to its full potential, especially my favourite Zelda of all time.

Anyhow, we all knew Majora's Mask was coming. This is just another one to add to the list:

1. Majora's Mask soundtrack CD offered as club nintendo prize last year
2. Happy Mask Man's bag from Majora's Mask is in OOT 3D
3. Miyamoto stated they would work on a remake after an original title (link between worlds)
4. Majora's Mask is in the most prominent location in the entire game in Link Between Worlds (Link's House/Rental Shop)
5. Zelda Williams' Majora's Mask at the Smash Bros E3 event
6. Bill Trinen showed off Majora's Mask in Animal Crossing quite prominently during a direct.
7. Mention of a Grezzo Zelda title in the works at the investor meeting this year
8. Grezzo's "Help us Make a Legend" zelda styled job listing a few months ago
9. Its Majora's Mask's 15 year anniversary next year.
10. And now, satoru shibata all but confirms the remake

I didn't say that at all, I gave that as a reason why MM3D wouldn't release this year as the schedule is full and next year would be two years from now. I was adding points to your list...

I never said it would be strictly exclusive - I think it will likely be N3DS enhanced, for obvious reasons.
