I almost made a post about this last night, but the article in the OP didn't mention explicitly if the fact sheet was for SCEE or SCEA so I wasn't 100% sure. Guess I missed Kass' post, though. I'll still hold out hope.

That's perfectly acceptable. It means the game will be in English, and I will be able to play it with ease after importing.

I noticed the Tokyo Jungle logo was featured in an SCEE marketing email yesterday. I think an EU release is definitely happening.

Weird how SCEA have chosen not to release some of SCEJ's PSN games. Dark Mist, Malicious and now seemingly this.

This is from the 'What game would you make?' thread back in '10:

I would make a videogame where players take on the role of animals, and fight it out in an openworld setting. There would be some random karma/proficiency ratings so that you reincarnate every new battle in the form of something awesome, like a porcupine or a war boar. If you can just keep playing, sequential matches will give you species buffs which in turn allow for more kills/mates. That's right- you don't just kill your opponent, you mate with them thus promoting a cycle that is both intimate and spontaneous. There are also lasers. No humans allowed!!!

So I am pretty happy.

Yep, retail in Japan. Not sure if it is on PSN too. The Last Guy was both at PSN and as retail in Japan.
