any game that scores an average review score of more than 0% can be considered overrated.

the criticisms levelled at Mario Galaxy 2's scores can just as easily be levelled at Epic Mickey's (say).

The fact that Metroid: Other M isn't on his dissapointments list astounds me. Hopefully XPlay's Mullet awards can correct this oversight, as they were pretty much the only site that gave it a bad review.

The point is WHY does he feel the need to? If you look at his fidgit stuff he's clearly not an idiot and is more than capable of clarifying his opinion. I would have been happy to accept his opinion if it were more than just 'ODST 1.1' but it isn't. He's not acting in a 'deliberately false' manner but this piece looks like he's just being lazy. Now if you ask me, that's a pretty fucking hypocritical line to take when you're impugning reviewers' credibility based on utterly specious claims like he is (SMG2).

Disliking the Yoshi parts of SMG2 is pretty insane. With the Dolphin parts of KEY and Vanquish as the best controlling section of a game this year and maybe ever and the things they do with the mechanics are amazing as well.

No it's perfectly sane. Yoshi is pretty terrible, all of his power-ups range from mediocre(balloon-yoshi) to awful (speed-yoshi) and it feels like he was shoe-horned in to get some more wii-mote functionality going.

Plus I can't just dump him into blackholes because the current stage most likely requires him. Such a pain.

Despite the alleged spending, sc2 is very mp focused. It's the real meat of the game.

And if Chick actually went into depth on each of these games, then most everyone would have just read the title of each game and formed their opinion based on that. Saving himself the effort and all that.
