Holy shit. This is great. I like that he has dropped Haze from his newer youtube video titles and now seems to go by Chet Hanx.

Nobody in hiphop cares if your white and says nigga, people only notice when your inauthentic and use it to fit in. plenty of white rappers say and have said nigga on tracks, but it's because they come from a background where other black artist respect and can understand. Chet Haze doesn't need to say nigga , he's like most other white kids who come from areas where they normally call black people niggers but since hiphop is cool they now want to say nigga. This isn't a case of the word transcending cultural boundaries, it's a case of the word being fashionable . A lot of these white kids probably still say nigger too, and/ or will out grow saying nigga at some point unlike many black and white people who grow up in areas where niggas been a part of the dialect.

Ok so someone will get offended EL-P (white artist) or Big Pun (Dominican artist) say nigga on tons of tracks back in the days of Company Flow and Terror Squad, but some cornball brother like B.O.B. can say nigga simply cause he's black. When in reality those two non black rappers came from backgrounds 1000x more real and respectable than B.O.B. so while I don't speak for everyone I think I speak for the common sense of hiphop heads. but feel free to disagree.

Because his privileged upbringing allowed him to keep that lifestyle at the perfect distance. He could ignore the hardships inherent in it while envying the seemingly "cool" aspects of it.
