Some . Not all. This for sure is launching along xsx and xss which is weird as its almost identical to current one other than share button .so why not start selling now

This might just be for the controller releases. I worked retail before and during the Xbox One launch (in Australia), and some accessories were sold a few weeks before the console launch iirc. Can't remember if that included controllers though.

I actually support this, it's sad that it took a pandemic to shut down this madness. Spend Thanksgiving with your families people, a few bucks off a TV isn't worth cutting your time with them short to camp out, and shitty companies like Walmart shouldn't require people to work that holiday. Put Black Friday back to normal business hours. Of course this should not be government mandated, I just think very little of the practice.

Back to topic, there's going to be a shit-ton of purchasing on BF be it 00:00 or 08:00.

I'm no marketing guru but I wouldn't launch it the same week as a contentious US election.

The airwaves will be full of billions in election ad spending and the immediate aftermath of the results.

Hopefully this is just for the controller/peripheral pre-sale.

lol why in the world are they sending them to retailers already? That's almost three months these stores would have to keep the controllers in the back, collecting dust. All while they are probably sold out of Xbox One controllers. Doesn't make a lick of sense, but looks legit.

Im callin it now i think both console will be delay it is a little less than 4 months away till november 6th if the date is correct and we still do not have confirmed pricing.
