about 8-9 years ago my then wife and i were looking at apartments in red hook brooklyn and we were walking around in this newly built complex looking at the various floor plans and we walk down a hallway and a door opens and this guy sticks his head out and says to us 'delivery?' no we weren't delivering food. 'oh' and he goes back in, closes the door, and i'm left there in the hallway speechless scratching my head. rip tony sirico.
