I want to say it's Galvetron cause he's the only one who turned into a multiheaded dragon
Around an hour in, it became almost as good as the first movie. But then the movie ended up running for what seemed like 7 hours after that, and it became never ending drivel.

No, Galvatron was in the last movie but he's back to being called Megatron for some reason in this one. And it would be unlikely that they'd base a character off of one from Car Robots/RID anyway.

Don't listen to this advice. AOE is easily the best of the 3 movies. I skipped Dark of the Moon. Age of Extinction actually has a PLOT. There's no Shia, and Marky Mark is more likeable character. There's no constant military masturbation. It is way too long. It is still a poor movie, but best out of all the Bayformers.

I kinda agree. But the 7 hours of drivel also ended with what was probably the most expensive on location shoot in Hong Kong ever, and we got to see giant robot dinosaurs fighting it out against the business district skyline. THE FUCKING BEST.
The entire Lockdown ship plot should really never have existed and felt like it was a 2 hour movie squeezed into what was already a 2 hour movie that didn't need it. Lol.
But whatever. It has Optimus Prime riding Grimlock into battle. BEST MOVIE EVER.
Children like fighting robots.

When I started hearing about the last Transformers film, I thought "Oh, they're adding dinosaurs to this one. No way are they taking this as seriously as the last three." And then they found a way to take it way too fucking seriously.
When I started hearing about this one, I thought "Oh, this has a time travel subplot involving actual wizards. No way are they taking this as seriously as the last four."

Well they basically make the same movie. Historical event was actually influenced by some weird thing from Transformers lore, present day humans chase robot macguffin around, they get opposed by evil Transformers and some veteran actor who signs up for one movie, they stop the evil human and robots. I should have learned my lesson after the 2nd one but I keep watching them on streaming services.
This trailer got that Hopkins Gravitas Bump.

That fact that Transformers = dumb as shit nowadays infuriates me.
Is this some sort of meme by people who don't watch the movies? No one makes more visceral and intense robot on robot raw violence war action movies than Michael Bay. The sort of things they do to each other are hard-R stuff, and it gets more insane with each film.
