Trigger Happy was so hit and miss for me, loved the out of the blue stampedes on the streets clips tho

Hahahaha... I still mention that skit on occasion - usually when I am making fun of someone with their cell phone out at inappropriate times. I understand that they don't get it but I feel better having personally classified them as an annoying asshat by using an obscure reference.

i saw a clip where a guy in a turtle suit slowly crawled across a street while the light was green, holding up traffic. I also saw a variant of this where after a while a rabbit (hare) sprinted past him, so awesome

I love this show, I just wished they'd play it more on Comedy Central.

Oh and that snowman thing is so scummy :lol

First tragedy, then farce.
The funnies thing I ever saw was this marketing test they were doing.. blindfold someone to doa product test, then they would all run off. They kept doing variations of it, and the very last one they blindfold the person, everyone runs away and are replaced with furries. :lol :lol :lol

Furries having ninja battles in the alleys was great too.

WTF @ *this thread* already being on page 1 of Google's search results for 'Trigger Happy Sad Penguin.'

That's just scary.

That show was great. My favorite sketch (which I can't find anymore) was with Jerry Minor in an old medieval outfit announcing people's entrance into a convenience store. Anyone else remember this?

This show was absolutely amazing. When I first watched it back in the day, I had never laughed so hard before.

I loved the giant cell phone. It's not even a proper prank because everyone can clearly see it's a giant fake cell phone. It's just pure trollery.

Soapbox Killer

Grand Nagus
I loved the hell outta this show. I can't find it anywhere on DVD (that will play in my player) and I don't think it streams in the US.

I still have a temptation to shout HELLO when I hear that ringtone in public.

But nobody would get it and I'd just look insane.

That show was fooking great.

Dom Joly wrote a good book called The Dark Tourist, about holidaying in dodgy places like Cambodia's killing fields and Chernobyl.

It was in Chernobyl that he had this weird feeling of having been there before. He realised it was because he'd play so much CoD4.

A quick glance shows 5 of his books on Audible.

Very good to know.

A favourite show of mine. I wonder what Dom Joly is up to these days?

Apprently last year he did a new christmas special of Trigger Happy TV.

Yeah, that was in this show.
Also the millionth public toilet user and millionth supermarket customer where they told the guy anything he can put in his trolley in the next minute is free, and then ran off while he was running around in the store.

Thanks for the bump, I used to never miss an episode of this, now I'll have to go watch them all on that YouTube channel.
