Damn that naked pool sex party looked fun. Tara is just a fucking wet blanket. Who cares if some demon is screwing with people's minds? Just go with it ffs.

Who is bull man? Is that Michelle Forbes' servant?

Edit: I too would rather have sex with Hoyt than play Wii, and Bill is starting to piss me off. If we don't see Jessica naked the blood will be on his hands.

:lol @ the ending music. Perfect transition to it.

On a random sidenote, wow ... Jessica looked really beautiful in that yellow dress.

Might be a response to the massive spike in Season 1 DVD Sales along with the holiday weekend.

Great episode, by the way.
Yeah, also they didn't leave enough time in between the DVD release and the 2nd season premiere.

Eric is kicking some ass. You don't screw around with Eric. I want to see the story develop more with Sookie's brother next episode.

This is the longest he's gone without fucking a girl. I expect to see an epic scene between him and blondie.

Someone needs to make a fucking pudding gif.

That was another damn good episode, but Jason's storyline is really starting to wear thin IMO. He's always been my least favorite character but at least in the first season he was always banging some hot chick which made his scenes tolerable. We all know that it's going to happen here as well, I wish they would just cut to the chase.

Bull-man at the beginning was creepy, and the ending credit music was hilarious. I'm curious to see where they go with all of the plot lines - it definitely keeps me guessing.

The new season has been remarkably solid so far; hopefully that continues.

Can anyone that's read the books offer up impressions after seeing the series? I'm thinking about jumping in.

Quick question...So what's the deal with Daphine?

My guess? she's been marked like the doctor mentioned earlier about Komodo dragons. Sam will fall in love with her but it'll end tragically...or she IS the bull creature thing and it will still end tragically.

Great episode, not as perfect as last week, but still great. Too bad about not having a new episode next week, damn people having to catch up. I needs my fix!

Noooo!

I can't take a week off! This season is keeping me more entertained than last. I felt like Jessica and Jason were a bit too thin before, but I'm interested in their stories now. Seems like we might get more Eric in the coming weeks, which is a good thing IMO.

To me, Dafine is the best looking girl on the show. I guess it might just be that she reminds me of my ex. I was hoping to see some tits there at the end, but the show came up just short. It'll be interesting to see what is happening with her.

Great episode overall, the show is really hitting its stride. I'm interested in just about all the story lines, which is a lot better than I could say about last season.

May be completely wrong but I think she was sent by Marie Anne (I think she's the bull thing) to get at Sam.

I am constantly amazed by how great the intro to this show is. Great song choice with an incredible montage of images. Sets the tone perfectly.

She's the other dog

No, I don't think so. I believe
the other dog
has been around since the first season.

My question is:
Is Sam fucking that dog? He seemed awfully friendly with it.

And I agree with others regarding Jason. His character is starting to bore me. I don't give a damn about this anti-vampire cult. Maybe if they start killing vampires, I'll care. That reminds me though. How did the old preacher die? His son said vampires killed him, but has that been confirmed. I was trying to remember from the first season, but I'm drawing a blank.

Just saw it. Another awesome episode. The new Jessica story seems like it'll be awesome. Especially with giving Hoyt something to do. Bill being awesome as usual, and he used some techniques straight out of Angel (the long range toss) :D .

Very, very excited to see where this season goes.

The preacher was going head to head on the political shows with the one lady vampire.

It's assumed that vampires killed him, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was a swerve involved.

I said I could be way off :lol it's just that
In the preview she whispers to him that she knows what he is and it seems kind of strange she just shows up at the pond as soon as the other dog runs off

How could she put on her clothes so fast after transforming?

Jason is so pretty his story doesn't have to bee too hot for it to sizzle

And I have the biggest crush on Hoyt. This show has me by the balls, literally.

xD

And does anyone remember the scene quite early in the 1st season when Sookie was getting all sleepy in her tiny shorts on the stairs outside Bill's house? Damn her legs. They got close to making me bi. This show is just HOT. It's on fucking fire. DAMN. The sexyness just gets to me. Just makes you wanna fuck.

I've always enjoyed the LaFayette character, it seems like he's the most together out of anyone. Great episode tonight.

I'm pretty sure he died in a car "accident"...Sookie was watching the news on the TV in Adele Stackhouse's kitchen.

That's what I seem to recall. I can't find any good episode summaries online, but I think it happened all the way back in episode two right before those evil vamps showed up to crash at Bill's.

Oh man, great show. I just finishe watching all 15 episodes in less than 3 days. Good stuff.

Here's everything I manage to gather so far:

- Anna Paquin is hot
- Eric is a badass
- You don't fuck with Eric
- Jason is so dumb, that he ended up being my fave character (at least in S1)

I remember my wife and I laughing our asses off during the whole episode where he takes V the 'right way'. He does a damn fine job at playing the role of the moronic redneck.

Btw, ratings have been great this season:

HBO's 'Hung' opens huge

The premiere of HBO’s newest comedy series "Hung" was seen by 2.8 million viewers, making it the network's most-watched series debut in a couple years.

"Hung" was the biggest (sigh, trying to avoid the puns) premiere for the network since "John From Cincinnati," which aired after the series finale of "The Sopranos."

Lead-in "True Blood," meanwhile, hit yet another series high, drawing 3.7 million viewers. "Hung" held 76% of its lead-in.

If you throw in encore presentations of both shows, "Hung" grows to (okay, it's impossible) 3.7 million viewers and "Blood" goes up to 5.1 million.

HBO says "True Blood" is currently averaging a cross-platform audience of more than 10.8 million viewers per episode -- very impressive for a pay cable series. That's if you count network airings, HBO On Demand and DVR, making "Blood" outperform its first season average by 38%.
