They have their calorie counts in NYC already. It's really the guacamole, cheese, and sour cream that get you. And the 10 inch flour tortilla which is like 400 calories. Getting a bowl saves you some calories there.

I've been keeping track of my calories for a few months now and it's a really smart way to lose or maintain weight. I hate McDonalds food but hopefully this will spread to the other chains.
