Monday 12 September, 8pm: Symphonic Video Games

The video games business is growing like never before, and the music to accompany such prolific stories has come a long way from the synth-heavy soundtracks of yesteryear. To celebrate National Video Games Day, Jane Jones presents a varied mix of modern day scores, with a nod towards the retro consoles of the past. She’ll also feature complete performances of classical music used on certain video game soundtracks.

Thanks for the heads up! These shows are always great. I miss Howard Goodall though, he had so much charm and enthusiasm that it couldn't help but cheer me up.
