Steam Description said:Release Date: Dec 3, 2016
Pardon?
PS4 version release date I think. Not sure why that is on the Steam page
Yeah, I'm not quite sure why Steam does this sometimes, but I kind of appreciate it, as it's classier to list the actual release date of the game instead of the Steam induction date. It makes it clear games like STAR WARS: Rogue Squadron or Turok 1 are original classics (even if they are vastly repaired for their PC re-release) rather than brand new games competing on a modern level. Steam doesn't always do it this way, though; sometimes games found on other stores retain their Steam date, but then again, Dead Rising 4 has been available on the Windows Store since December yet the date of March 14, 2017 (though that's the "Availability Date", I'm not sure if that resets once the game actually becomes available?)
In any case, UMvC 3 is good times, and I'm glad that fighting games have developed a community on PC.
