No it's not confirmed, but it's assumed. The beta was playable like that and it's very unlikely that the preview will be locked only to the account that redeemed the code.

Pretty much. You don't have to wait for an email though, it should spit one out and give it to you once you enter it on the site. The email they send out is just confirmation/in case you didn't write down the PSN code. Preview should go live on Saturday according to the rules.

Those other codes are just for raising your prize level in the Subway promotion so you have a chance at winning more stuff.

It's pretty simple. The first code you use, no matter where you got it from, will always unlock Level 1. To upgrade to Level 2 and 3 you need to use a code that comes from a purchase (Cup, Chips, Sub). Each code you use from a purchase will upgrade you 1 level. A freebie code (Website ad, Twitter, Facebook, etc...) will only give you a free play at your current level/unlock level 1 for a new email address.

The best way to go about it is to use 1 freebie code to unlock level 1 for a new email address. Then use the chip code (there's usually 1 universal code printed on all the chips and it will be posted online soon I imagine) to unlock level 2. Then use a code from a purchase (Cup or Sub) for level 3. Then just use the freebie codes as they're posted for free level 3 spins. If you want to go a step further you can create a new account under a different email address and reuse all the freebie codes + the chip code to get to level 2 for free.

You only need 1 cup code to get a MP code. All the other codes/levels are for the Subway sweepstakes.
