I really like how all the characters always have that nice balance between being stylized and realistic, speaking of later, their skin shader is completely ridiculous. SSS looks more natural than on skin in that crazy UE next gen demo.

Who complained? Elena and Chloe were awesome.

Some people I know in real life thought that Drake and Sully looked more believable than Chloe in particular, and I can't say I disagree, even though I thought her look worked well for her character.

They had the same image quality/AA in cutscenes as in the gameplay regardless of being prerecorded in the first two games, so it's safe to take this as an indication.

That said, I saw some lines that I think MLAA would clean up that looked kinda jaggedy. hard to say as on my monitor, the picture is either too big in full screen or too small when not. Subpixel shimmer would still be there to some degree with 2xMSAA (just look at GT5 showroom cars) so that's not something I'd take as an indicative. What I'm saying is I think they're still using 2xMSAA like before.

Yeah, that was one of the things people I mentioned above said about Chloe, it was more noticeable on her than on male characters. Sparkle in their eyes now looks crazy good if you look at the first trailer when Drake and Sully talk.

I hope the villain in Uncharted 4 is a Cockney chimney sweep with a very questionable accent. Dick Van Dyke is the master of that. Get him to voice him.

All cutscenes in the previous Uncharted games were rendered in-engine with only the lighting and shadow quality touched up a tad. Everything else - from the AA to the textures - was left untouched as when the engine is rendering a scene in real-time.

There's no particular reason why ND would change their approach for Drake's Deception, and as such it's a perfectly reasonable assumption that the image quality present in the cutscenes will carry over to gameplay.
