Uncharted 4 graphical glitches/bugs?

I was just playing through
the puzzle with the lights and the 11 pirates statues
and I was looking for treasures in 2 of the dark rooms inside that area. Suddenly I noticed that when I began panning the camera left to right or up down these weird white dots were all over my TV screen like it was snowing. It was clearly a graphical glitch or bug.

Tried the following: restarted PS4, put it in safe mode and rebuilt database, unplugged everything, checked TV, changed HDMI cable and checked 3 other games and at least 10 more areas in Uncharted 4 and everything was fine. It was the only spot in the game with this weird issue and I have no idea why. Is it the game? The console? TV? Is the game pushing this console too far that these sort of issues appear out of nowhere?

Did any of you experience this sort of issue?

This is what I'm talking about.

Eh, most modern games have unavoidable technical hang-ups like that. I had one in Chapter 8...?
(Scotland)
where the entirety of the water/sea wasn't moving at all. Just frozen. Really an immersion killer.

I had the same thing and thought it was something going on with the dust in that area. When everything is working properly you can see it floating around faintly in the darkness, but it randomly behaves as if it's brightly lit in a dark room. It's weird.

Was it the same area I was talking about for you also or did it happen to you somewhere else?

I don't think I was in the same room as you, but I can't remember exactly what part. I just remember playing around with it and noting that it was in one specific part of the room.

Not sure where this video is taken, but this is what happened to me.

Note that the motion blur affects the glitch, so it's something that's rendered in-game.

I "got in the map" during chapter 12, at the bridge encounter. Went to a wall so take cover and went straight through it. I couldnt get back so had to restart checkpoint. I was on crushing and was fuming...

Thats it!

Thank you!!! This is exactly what I was talking about and I believe it's the same area. So there's nothing wrong with my TV or console, thank God!

I had both of these, but the first one was in another place, just before you climb out of the cave to get to the cistern.

I had Nate snap into a t pose after messing around with the rope. Went away pretty fast though. Also not really a bug probably, but the long candlesticks in
Scotland
don't fall over for some reason... it's really odd to see

I noticed in several areas, there were white...fern looking plants behind shrubbery. Like, devoid of color white. As if the game didn't wanna load the color for some background stuff. Very occasional, though.

The only problem I had was getting stuck in the terrain while underwater one time, leading me to drown. It was fine after I respawned, though.

The risk of realtime cutscenes.

only bug i encountered was in the market, one of the npc's walking by just froze mid animation, i just chalked it down to utter terror at the sight of the nate 'mass murderer' drake

When an enemy does a grab attack and a nearby grenade goes off, their animation stops for the rest of the grab attack.

Fell through the floor a couple times and had a weird bug/glitch where the music failed to transition properly in a fight so was just a booming, distorted mess for 2 minutes.

On CH.10? Jeep Level, when one of the bridges collapse, and some how we died in the jeep, I respawned and Sam was floating above the jeep. Every-time we respawned at that location he would be floating. I think either a new checkpoint or getting out of the jeep fixed it.

I have also seen that glitch in the OP, I thought it was just badly implemented dust particles, but they would get bright only during motion blur, and always there even in the darkness. It was in some early level, I think in the prison.

Uncharted 1 will always have some of my most favorite glitches. You can literally launch yourself into the air and into another portion of a level, you can skip through walls/hills and skip encounters, and at one point can skip 2 chapters completely in the late game!

I had a really weird one in the auction scene where Rafe had some kind of time-skip thing going on. It felt like I was playing Quantum Break again.

But this was before the Day 1 patch so I imagine it's something they fixed.

Edit: oh how could I forget! There's a moment where you can use a camera to take a picture of Sully and he was fucking INVISIBLE. Unfortunately the picture I took with the Share button shows a black box on the phone screen but take my word for it: Sully is a goddamn vampire

One time, while climbing over Sam, Drake's legs distorted while transitioning into that animation where he puts his hands on the companions' shoulders/feet on their knees.

Basically he did what he was supposed to, but his legs appeared to be way too long and looked all wavy. The feet in particular were horrifying to look at.

I just had a word glitch earlier today. END GAME SPOILERS!

The sword fight with Rafe seemed never ending. There was no banter between him and Nathan either. After about 20 minutes of whooping Rafes ass he rag dolled and I got a game over. It was actually pretty hilarious. I'm glad it was on my second playthrough, otherwise it would have ruined the fight for me haha.

At one point, Elena and Nate are supposed to be talking on a walkie. The walkie was invisible for me. Elena talks to her hand, throws nothing to Drake. Drake catches nothing, talks to his hand, then trades nothing for his gun.

My game cut all sound in one of the final chapters during a cut scene. Was strange, but just had to quit to menu and go back in.

Luckily ND put check points EVERYWHERE in the game. They are pretty darn frequent. Never had to go back more than a minute or so.

After the stupid mummy explosion escape thing the audio went out and I couldn't hear their dialogue.

Turned it off and back on. Same thing. Downloaded and installed update and then it finally worked.
