Uncharted 4's Patch 1.08 lets you remove or tone down MOTION BLUR

As you're aware Uncharted 4 has very strong almost aggressive motion blur.
Whenever you move the camera it kicks in hard. I personally find it to be very distracting and poor looking.

Patch 1.08 now finally allows you to remove or tone down the amount of motion blur !

The difference is huge.

Should have been there day one but still props to ND for giving us additional options.

Oh cool, I always thought it was there because of the temporal AA and couldn't be removed. I'll definitely turn it down on further replays.

Should've been in from the get-go, looked really awful. But nice they patched this option in, maybe I'll replay the game some day.

Dang it, that was one of my biggest annoyances. I just finished it like two weeks ago, too.

Really cool to add a choice! But I would have appreciated it a bit earlier, lol.

Great option. Motion blur in Uncharted 4 is not good at all and sometimes even hurts the image quality. I won't turn it off, but I'll reduce it significantly. Props to ND for this. I hope this means they are aware that it's sub par and will improve it in their next game.

30 fps with no motion blur is awful but if the people want it, and it's a toggle, more power to them.

It's not just a binary setting though. They let you choose between 10 levels of intensity. The motion blur by default is really really heavy.

I might actually replay the single player soon now. Seriously the motion blur was pretty horrible the first run through, thank you based Naughty Dogs.

MB was my biggest complaint regarding the game's visuals. Will try messing with the setting to see the results.
Kudos to ND for adding this feature.

Needs a toggle for MORE motion blur because I didn't always notice it. Also it needs character motion blur, I like to see legs become blurry when running and that stuff.

The motion blur makes it look smooth. When I turn it off, the game looks sharper, but the motion is not as smooth whenever the frame rate takes a dive in some areas. I don't find the motion blur to be as distracting as it was on the witcher 3. That was too much. Witcher 3 needs a motion blur strength toggle more than UC4, because with a lighter motion blur, the witcher 3 could look and move better. UC4's one is not too bad guys.

It looks better with the blur, honestly.

Without it it's a jaggy eyesore. Maybe the default is a bit much but a little bit of blur is much easier on the eye.

This will be good for those people wanting to take screenshots of their games and or people uploading to YouTube.
