I don't think no one would care if you put dubstep to a psalm. And that's beside the point, the reason that song is being used in these videos is because ISIS and other terrorist scumbags use this song in their videos where they burn people alive, behead people and so on. No one is mocking Islam or mocking the song, they are mocking ISIS snuff films, so take it up with ISIS instead, aren't they disrespecting the song or the flag even more by having it in their videos?

And the videos you posted is not the same at all, you can't for one second really believe that mocking ISIS is the same as being a racist ass hat?

How does these videos offend you, I really would like to know? Seriously?

There's a difference between poking fun at the extremes of a society laughing at how ridiculous it all is and making fun of entire races.

If you survive long enough to be a member, please, PLEASE make a thread with the "What does the black say" video. It should be ok right? I mean it's equally as offensive as this thread, yet mods haven't locked it up. I beg of you to make that topic. Actually, why don't you just PM bish that video and see what he thinks? He'll find it hilarious I bet.

I think it's ok to mock anything, as long as it's funny and clever. Your videos were neither. I'm an American and I've laughed countless times at people making fun of my homeland. I'm agnostic. Please tell me some good agnostic jokes. Honestly no one makes fun of us, the athiests get all the attention and I don't like that. I'm not saying "don't be offended" but you gotta learn to laugh at people poking fun of things you deem important.

And I never said you support ISIS. I assume most people don't.

See you said its okay top mock anything as long as its funny and cleaver so lets say someone did not find it funny or cleaver then does it make it okay?.

There is poking fun but then there is taking the piss

then what exactly are you butthurt over.. if anything you should be angry at ISIS who use holy scripture to celebrate their horrible acts. these videos don't do anything except make fun of ISIS terrorism videos, it's not maing fun of Islam. how can you not see that.

I think ISIS using nasheeds or whatever they're called in their PR murder propaganda is farrrrrr more offensive than someone creating a pepper pig pastiche of that ridiculousness - but that's just me

The good ones in this thread are satire. Juxtaposed images of cuteness with a video style we've come to expect from ISIS propaganda

There are a couple of weird and dodgy ones though. The 9/11 ones are iffy and the car crash one is nuts

As I said the nasheeds are praising God, you might say like the psalms, I already mentioned it plenty of times here.

well believe it or not there was a lot of propaganda video about ISIS and not long ago there was this whole Israel and Palestine issue, guess I was angry but oh well

Yes I know that they praise God, but isn't it much worse that ISIS are using the nasheeds in their videos? Because no one is out to mock Islam in anyway, they are mocking ISIS who are using the songs, ISIS and Islam are not the same thing. I thought ISIS made their own propaganda, they sure seem to try at least. But I'll stop derailing the thread either way.
 
I lose it when I hear the music. There should be more of these to lighten up their dark acts. Like, we're still humane.

it is much worse and I cant stop them but at least I can try and inform people about those so called videos that they are watching is insulting and it would insult any Muslim, like I said before mock ISIS as much as you want to as I have no problem with that hell I'll mock them with you

Like I understand why you don't like it being used in these mock videos, but this is how ISIS chooses to portray itself. These soundbites and music are specifically used by ISIS in their propaganda videos.

good work dude as I never would have found it, that website torn is very sensitive place to be and in no way as open minded like GAF.

Even if you find it ludicrous I still have my reason and you have your reason.
 
I thought this was going to be about Barry in Four Lions. Chris Morris stated that the character was once an anti-Islamist who accidentally converted himself to Islam after reading the Quran in prison.

I'm not sure what this is though. Humour helps at times I guess. I found it funny but I can imagine it might be a little too soon for some, or too edgy.
 
Guys, be nice to him. I remember when I went to college, at first I was very conservative. But then thru my own research and questioning my morals, I decided that liberalism was a far more logical and humanistic approach to government that we should strain to achieve.

Same goes for abzyshaid, except instead of questioning whether small government was feasible, he was just iffy on whether cutting off the heads of innocent people was within his own moral code, or burning alive 20 people caged up like dogs was something that echoed with his own sentiments.

We're all just human! You can't reasonably expect someone to know-- without a fair amount of research-- how they truly feel about crucifying a village while letting their women and children be sold into slavery.
