Unity and Rogue are more connected than you think (SPOILERS WITHIN)

Ok so a friend just shared this with me and I thought it was super cool how the games are related. Not a huge detail but cool nonetheless.

Again TURN BACK NOW TO AVOID SPOILERS FOR EITHER GAME

So in Unity, the first thing you do as child Arno is see your father get murdered. The assassin is unknown (unsure if it's explained later on). Here's a link.

In Rogue, it turns out that YOU are the one that kills Arno's father. The final mission involves killing him. Here's a
link.

It looks like Rogue feeds directly into Unity. I thought it was pretty cool.

I shouldn't have gone into this thread. Also, you know we have a spoiler tag function, right?

Edit: Only say this because "not a huge detail" is arguably misleading.

Don't care enough about Assassin's Creed's stories, although I think this makes a damn good case to recommend playing Rogue THEN Unity.

. . .Especially with that technical gap, I'm sure. Would probably be amazing to then jump to next-gen and basically continue the story.

Came in illy knowing there would be spoilers

Wish I hadn't >_>

Oh well I'm so behind on the series that it doesn't really matter

That's awesome. Great to see some interconnected story between the two.

Rogue is definitely coming to PS4/XBONE though, not a single doubt.

Well, there it is, in case anyone was wondering whether ACU actually looks better than AC:Rogue and not just trolling.

[edit] And does this mean that Ben Franklin is a Templar?

Thats kinda cool. Probably won't be able to play Rogue for a while but it honestly seems a bit more interesting than Unity so far
