I know we all talked about graphics etc etc, but no one has mentioned much about the soundtrack.

Ive really liked the OST for UT2k3 and to an extend UT2k4 but whats the music style like in UT3? Is it more Dance? Trance? Industrial?

Any answers?

infact im listening to UT2k4 pretty amazing stuff considering in-game music is just as important as graphics and gameplay.

edit: Oh I see Kevin Riepl also does the UT3 music. Hopefully he can top the UT99 music.

lol i didnt even know the composer but i do now Arigato!
for those who love listening to Game OST i urge you to install 2k3 or 2k4 and find the music files, they are OGG format but trust me its very impressive.

If you like that style of music that is. Hmmmm cant wait for the Next UT3 OST

If i remember correctly, i think Trent (NIN) did the music to one of the Quake Series but i cant remember which one.

Just listening to Killer 7 OST impressive, I was tempted to try out the Resident Evil 4 OST but not heard any comments or perhaps i havent been looking.

Another one to add is F-Zero GX the Captain Falcon track... THE POWER!!!!!

Yeah, I'm a fan of UT's music, never bother to play my own stuff when I'm playing UT, whereas in CS or whatever, I always put on stuff.

Blah. I never liked low grav insta gib.

Personally, I think Morpheus (the level with the 3 skyscrapers) with about 3-4 players or Hyper Blast (the small spaceship where you fight Xan) with 2 players was the best on the original UT.

Most were done by Sonic Mayhem and Front Line Assembly. Q1's music was from Trent Reznor, while Q2's music was from Sonic Mayhem.
