"Pollyanna" is catchy even without the lyrics, but the vocals make it even better. This song works wonderfully as an anti-depressant. Just listening it makes me smile.

Other random Mother/Earthbound songs that I enjoy quite a bit.

Smiles and Tears - The credits music for Earthbound. I just find this song extremely beautiful and can almost bring a tear to my eye in a weak moment.

The first phase of the Giygas battle - I really have no idea where the name "Pokey Means Business", which is what everyone seems to refer to it by, came from. Still, this song is a great intense piece of battle music. I like the contrast between the first part of the song and the parts that follow subsequently.

Snowman - A musical motif used through the entire series. Very calm and serene.

New Age Retro Hippie Battle - How could I not mention this one? Best battle music EVER.

Twoson - One of my favourite town songs in Earthbound.

The Sky Was Never A Limit (remix by goat)

Yeah, there is so much great FF material out there. This is a remix done by someone named 'goat', don't know much about him except that he's a very talented guy that does awesome remixes. I absolutely love the original FF prelude and this one does a fine job of taking the prelude theme and taking it up a notch. Really smooth and nice build up to an awesome guitar solo about 4 minutes and 30 seconds in. Enjoy.

There is also an acoustic version of this song available on the soundtrack but I couldn't find the original on youtube. (just dozens of people trying to play it)
