I don't know man, it's just the same mentality as people who say "That movie critic couldn't direct that movie, so he shouldn't be a critic." Or people who criticize sports writers by saying they couldn't play or coach the sport. You don't have to be able to do something to have an opinion on it.

The idea is VG Cats comics are usually centered around poor jokes and stretch on for way too long. If you disagree? Fine. But that doesn't mean other people don't have the right to voice an opinion just because they're not webcomic creators.

I'll admit it's better than VGCats, but it's not humorist.

I do think Scott's art now and then is great, but he really should hire a fucking writer if he's going to do comics. Eh-gawd.

The current Nedroid trend on GAF is like a double-edged sword. People post great comics but then leave out the alt text. :(

Dr McNinja is farce, there's really not much to get. While there is a lot of satire, for the most part it's funny because of how over the top and ludicrous it is. I mean, there's nothing inherently funny about Mexicans. Or banditos. Or velociraptors.

Mexican banditos riding velociraptors on the other hand is piss funny.

It's simple. The human controlled character is being an idiot and is standing idle in spitter acid, and despite the egregious error on the human player's part, the AI controlled Coach is still trying to heal them so that they may continue playing.

Wrong. You can't move when being healed by another player. So he can't get out of the acid cause of the npc.

Actually thought it was pretty decent since it used all of coach's in game lines.

It's the HTML term for the text that appears in place of an image if that image fails to load or image loading is disabled for a browser.

What it basically means to Joe Internet User is you hold your cursor over the image for a couple seconds and the alt-text appears. Or you can right-click and select "Properties" and a window will pop up with information about the image including its alt-text.

I really don't see anything wrong with that. For me, PERSONALLY, a lot of the funny from VGCats and SuperEffective is from the faces. Like this one, when Oak says BITCH BE TRIPPIN BALLS.

I also have a soft spot for Pokemon humor, but honestly. 9 times out of 10 video game web comics are going to be picking fun at the games, unless they're character based like Penny-Arcade. But they're still funny, to me at least.
