You never watched a Nick or Disney show before? It's full of sexual innuendos and adult jokes, in the same way films like Toy Story 3 and Shrek might have some implicit sexual references. It's to keep the adults entertained while their kids ogle at the pretty pictures.
Saying that, those three girls look like they're dressed in the sluttiest Christmas themed outfits that Dan could find. I bet he personally picked them out.

Video: A rough cut of the new music video leaked. It's a stripped down piano version of You're The Reason that's actually kind of nice. I imagine they'll be doing more stuff like this as her voice improves and can carry a song without needing all the pop shit. The video itself is fine, just Justice playing a piano on the beach at sunset and that kind of thing.
